On 09-Feb-16, dept. of CSE CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Faculty of Engg conducted a guest talk tilted ‘‘Graduate Studies in USA and Research in System Security’’ in Seminar Hall, II Block, III Floor, Kengeri Campus. The speaker for the guest talk was Mr. Aravind Prakash, Assistant Professor, Binghamton University, New York, USA. The 8th semester, 6th semester BTech students and 2nd semester MTech students were part of the session along with faculty members from the CSE dept.
Mr. Prakash talked about system security aspects and the research project that he is currently working. The second part of the session was on the admission criterion related to Binghamton University for the post graduate program and PhD programs. At the end of the talk there was a question answer session where the students had the opportunity to know some more information on the same.
